 | The Duties of our Department Include:
- Monitor and track construction timelines and budgets
- Provide daily photo documentation of new construction and remodel projects
- Assist in Master Planning
- Coordinate the facility design process
- Act as the owner's agent for new construction and remodels
- Assist in developing facility budgets
- Act as General Contractor on small projects
- File and maintain all NWACC and leased building drawings including “As Built”, warranties, specification manuals, and all associated “Close out Documents” on new and remodeled facilities
- Review Pay Applications for Architects and Contractors
