The ARK Grant is funded through the Department of Labor to develop technology skills for dislocated workers, underemployed workers and employees currently working in a technology related field, but needing advanced technical training. 
The mission is to grow the workforce of NorthWest Arkansas and the surrounding region, including Madison County, Arkansas, McDonald County, Missouri and Adair and Delaware Counties in Oklahoma in advanced technologies.
