Faculty Blackboard Training

Face-to-Face or Traditional Class Instructors

As an instructor at NWACC, you are required to get training for Blackboard 9.1 system in order to implement it in your classroom teaching as a supplemental tool and in case of extended school closing. Blackboard can be used as a back-up to continue students learning outside the classroom as needed.
 
As a classroom faculty, you are required to take 1-hour training. This training will teach you how to navigate the system, upload your syllabus, use communication tools, and make announcements.
 
Our Distance Learning Department offers two versions of this training; face-to-face and online.
