 New Fall Class Offerings:

 Spanish for the Workplace

This course is designed to teach general, all-purpose Spanish language items needed in most workplace environments where Spanish-speaking employees and co-workers are found.  This course covers a wide range of issues such as greetings, introductions, employment issues, scheduling, medical emergencies, and safety concerns.  Class begins Tuesday, September 9 and ends Thursday,   October 16, 2014.  Class will meet Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm.  Cost:  $160.  Contact us at 479-936-5175 to register and obtain textbook information.

SHRM® Certification Program

Prepare for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification examinations.  Each student will receive the SHRM® Learning System student kit.  The curriculum is designed by subject matter experts, covers the new 2014 HR Certification Institute body of knowledge and ranks as the #1 PHR/SPHR® certification preparation program.  Course is taught by a SPHR® certified instructor.  Check Fall 2014 schedule for class start dates.

 SHRM® Essentials of HR Management

The SHRM® Essentials of HR Management is an introductory course offering a comprehensive overview of human resource roles and responsibilities. It gives participants critical knowledge to help reduce potentially costly lawsuits and improves their ability to handle challenging HR issues. This course is ideal for those who are just starting out in the human resources profession, or those who are looking for an effective way to boost their employee management skills.  Check Fall 2014 schedule for class start dates.
