The Duties of our Department Include:

  • Monitor and track construction timelines and budgets
  • Provide daily photo documentation of new construction and remodel projects
  • Assist in Master Planning
  • Coordinate the facility design process
  • Act as the owner's agent for new construction and remodels
  • Assist in developing facility budgets
  • Act as General Contractor on small projects
  • File and maintain all NWACC and leased building drawings including “As Built”, warranties, specification manuals, and all associated “Close out Documents” on new and remodeled facilities
  • Review Pay Applications for Architects and Contractors
