Jack joined NWACC in 2010 as the Director of Purchasing prior to accepting his current position in Operations. He transitioned to NWACC following a 30 year career at Bob Maloney Ford most recently working as the Fixed Operations Director managing customer satisfaction, inventory control, training, and compliance.
Executive Director for Facilities Planning and Construction

Jim has been with NWACC since the doors opened in 1989 when he began his career at the College as Chief Fiscal Officer and later served as Dean of Business, prior to being named Executive Director of Facilities and Planning in 1999.
He received his BBA and MBA from the University of Central Arkansas. He is a member of the National Association of College and University Business Officers, Southern Association of College and University Business Affairs, and the Arkansas Association of College and University Business Officers. In his spare time, Jim enjoys coaching and umpiring Little League and Bambino baseball.
Director of Budget

Gulizar joined the NWACC finance team in 2007 as the Director of Budget. Prior to coming to NWACC, she worked for CSU Monterey Bay as the Academic Affairs Budget Officer. She has over 13 years of experience in higher education budget administration and has worked all aspects of financial planning.
She is originally from Turkey, where, after graduating from the prestigious Ankara University, her professional career began as an accountant. By the time she married and moved to the US, she had achieved the position of Director of Accounting for an International Commercial Transport Company. Gulizar speaks Turkish and Kurdish, and is also an accomplished weaver.
