Tuition Assistance

The following organizations and/or entities may provide tuition assistance to eligible candidates.

1. Workforce Investment Act (WIA) is the nation's principal workforce development legislation, providing funds to address the employment and training needs of adults, dislocated workers and youth. For more information contact your local Arkansas Workforce Center.

2. Arkansas Rehabilitation Services mission is to prepare Arkansans with disabilities to work and lead productive and independent lives, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services (ARS) provides a variety of training and career preparation programs. Learn more at the Arkansas Department of Career Education.

3. Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Program is a federal program that assists dislocated workers with opportunities to obtain the skills, resources, and support they need to become reemployed. Learn more at Arkansas Department of Labor.

4. Veteran Assistance (VA) Provides funds for eligible members of the military forces. For more information contact NWACC Corporate Learning at 479-936-5175.

5. Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Benton County Single Parent Scholarships (SPSF) are given to low-income single parents who are pursuing post-secondary education in preparation for skilled employment. Eligibility criteria and application requirements vary by county. 6. Student Loans may be available to cover the cost of your career training! Check with your loan provider of choice! Some example loan programs that are available for career training include: Sallie Mae Career or Continuing Education Loans,   Wells Fargo Education Connection Loans , Chase Select Student Loans .

TouchNet eServices

eServices manages the following financial activities for NWACC students

  • My Account - Create authorized users and see your detailed NWACC student account activity
  • ebills - Review and print your monthly statement
  • eRefund – Have your NWACC student account refund direct deposited to your bank account

To login to TouchNet eServices use your Student ID and password. If you do not know your Student ID and/or password contact Corporate Learning at 479-936-5175 for help.

Payment Plan

Classes totaling $250 or more can qualify you to enroll in a payment plan. All payment plans have a $25 non-refundable enrollment fee that is due when signing up for the plan. Payments are processed the third Friday of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Set-Up Your Payment Plan via TouchNet

Before you begin you will need the following information:

  • Student ID and PIN Number
  • Name, address and e-mail address of the person responsible for making payments
  • For credit card account: credit card number and expiration date
  • For savings or checking account: bank name, account number, bank routing number and telephone number

Login to TouchNet

To login to TouchNet eServices use your Student ID and password. If you do not know your Student ID and/or password contact Corporate Learning at 479-936-5175 for help.

Email confirmation of enrollment will be sent immediately afterwards if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment.

Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Other Payment Methods

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, certified funds, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment can be made in person at the Shewmaker Center for Workforce Technologies - Corporate Learning if paying with check or cash (in the exact amount).
