Pre-Proposal Grant Request Form
| NWACC faculty & staff considering applying for external funding MUST complete and submit a signed Pre-Proposal Grant Request Form. This form should be completed at least three weeks prior to the proposed grant's application deadline. Please review the Pre-Award process and the complete Office for Grants Policies & Procedures. || |
| Disclosure of Financial Interests Related to Proposed Projects|| Provision of information on the Disclosure form is mandatory for any person who wishes to be a PI on a proposed project. This form should be completed for every grant proposal.|| |
| Grant Proposal Final Review and Approval Form || ALL grant proposals must be submitted along with the Final Review and Approval Form at least seven working days prior to the proposal deadline before it may be submitted to an external funding agency. Please review the Pre-Award process and the complete Office for Grants Policies & Procedures. || |
| Request for Approval under Organizational Prior Approval System (Budget/Grant Modifications) || PIs must complete this form to request approval for any actions affecting the grant award (extension, acquisitions, travel, budget adjustment, consulting, etc).|| |
