1) Go to the Virtual Career Network

2)Select "Register And Post Local Job" and fill out employer registration form.

3) After position has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive via email an ID and password for posting the job.

4) Go back through the Virtual Career Network and select "Employer Login."

5) Enter login info.

6) At this time, you can select to post your position.

**Once you have posted the "new job", we will then review the posting before we activate it.

**The job will remain posted for 90 days or you may close it after it's been filled.

On-Campus Recruiting

Employers who have requested access the Virtual Career Network (VCN) are invited to participate in the Employer On Campus Recruiting.

Company representatives may schedule visits to the Bentonville campus to meet students and promote employment opportunities.
