Staff Development is focused on providing employees with training and development needs. Our department works in collaboration with Human Resources in delivering orientation and on-boarding for new employees. Additionally, we invite feedback and requests from managers and staff in continually improving training and development options at NWACC. Faculty development is coordinated by Jo Schwader; however, faculty are included in new employee orientation and are invited to participate in all Staff Development activities.
