Blackboard Boot Camps are available towards the beginning of each semester to prepare you for using the Blackboard system. They are delivered as a self-guided course and live in-person sessions. For example the Math department uses MyMathLab for Online Math Classes. Please contact your instructor and check your NWACC email for information on any course specific software or websites that your classes use. Support information for the various software and websites will be compiled on the Course Specific Software & Website Support Info page, but your instructor is always your best resource for what they have you using. Compact Interactive Video and Distance EducationCIV is a way for instructors to present live classes to remote locations. We provide college level courses through CIV to regional high schools as well as partnership programs with other higher education institutions. Information Technology Friday Night Maintenance WindowThe NWACC Information Technology Department maintains the servers and other computer infrastructure of the college. Every Friday night from 6 PM - 10 PM [CST] there is a planned maintenance window for the systems of the college. During that time, you may experience downtime on certain features of the college's web site, My NWACC Connection, or other systems.
