Associate of Arts Degree with a Global Studies Emphasis

The Associate of Arts degree with a Global Studies emphasis is an interdisciplinary degree with a focus on understanding the processes of globalization and their impact on society, culture and environment around the world.

The degree requires 60 credit hours for graduation. Six credit hours of international language are required in addition to 12-15 credit hours of globally focused courses and a three credit hour capstone course on a Study Abroad or a globally focused internship experience.
