Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning
NWACC's Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning oversees and engages in ongoing and systematic assessment of the college's programs and services with the goal of continuous institutional improvement.
To measure institutional effectiveness, NWACC uses assessment processes to evaluate various dimensions of success, such as productivity, quality, resource efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction and to determine how effectively programs and services are contributing to the college mission, vision, values, strategic goals and community needs.
Strategic planning and assessment are key parts to the institutional effectiveness process. NWACC has created both an organizational and committee structure to support the college’s institutional effectiveness, strategic planning and assessment activities.
