View the courses required to earn a Technical Certificate in Pre-Radiologic Imaging Services
The technical certificate courses are required to be admitted into the UAMS radiologic sciences program to pursue a bachelor's degree.
After earning a technical certificate in radiologic imaging sciences (RIS) at NWACC, you can then transfer credits to pursue a bachelor's degree at UAMS.
The bachelor program at UAMS is a full-time, day program with a cohort of 35-37 students beginning each fall semester in Little Rock and Fayetteville. It consists of six semesters and 35 credits of pre-requisite coursework and 85 credits in the RIS curriculum for a total of 120 credits.
