What to expect

Yes, Micro-Credentials are recorded on your official transcript. You'll also receive a digital badge that you can share on social media, in your email signature, or on your LinkedIn profile, along with a downloadable certificate to showcase your accomplishment.

You will be ready for entry-level positions in the field associated with your chosen Micro-Credential. For example, if you pursue the Behavioral Health Technician Micro-Credential, you'll be qualified for roles in behavioral and mental health, such as patient navigator, child behavioral health technician, and behavioral health assistant, among others. You can view the current job openings listed on each Micro-Credential's description page.

Yes. An eligible business may claim a credit against Arkansas corporate income tax for a percentage of the cost of tuition reimbursed or paid by an employer on behalf of a full-time, permanent employee for the cost of tuition, books, and fees from an accredited post-secondary educational institution located in Arkansas. The employer must provide documentation that the employee successfully completed the course.
