Micro-Credential - Project Management


DESCRIPTION

The General Project Manager micro-pathway prepares learners to oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish. Students learn to define project goals, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage team dynamics while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They also learn how to communicate with all stakeholders effectively, implement risk management strategies, monitor progress against project milestones, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

The Project Management Micro-Credential equips learners with comprehensive skills and knowledge to effectively manage projects. Participants will:

  • Define Projects and Their Components: Understand what constitutes a project, establish project parameters, and identify the scope and key tasks of a project manager.
