NWACC's Newspaper, Student Journalists Receive National Honors
The NWACC Eagle View and its staff received six awards in the Pinnacles competition that was part of the College Media Association/Associated College Press annual conference in New Orleans Oct. 30-Nov. 2.
The Pinnacles for Reporting awards ceremony was on Thursday, Oct. 31, at the Sheraton New Orleans. This year, the Pinnacles awards program drew more than 3,000 entries from across the country.
The NWACC Eagle View competed in the two-year college division. Recognitions and awards received, the category, the journalists who developed the content, and links to the work were:
