Clery Act
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (The Clery Act) is a consumer protection law that aims to provide transparency around college and university crime policy and statistics.
NWACC’s Clery Compliance Program provides the college community with:
- Timely, accurate and complete information about crime and safety so campus community members can make informed decisions regarding their personal safety
- Training for campus security authorities
- Compliance with Clery Act specific policies and procedures
The Annual Security Report is published on or before October 1st of each calendar year.
A printed copy of the Daily Crime Log can be made available at the NWACC Police and Public Safety Department, Center of Health Professions, office 1042.
