Compliance Office
NWACC's Compliance Office facilitates compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing higher education, industry standards and internal polices and procedures.
The office works with departments to identify, resolve and mitigate compliance issues, identifies measures to manage institutional risk, assists the campus community seeking information about college policies, and provides compliance-related training.
Report criminal conduct or other non-compliant behavior without fear of retaliation.

Clery Act
The Clery Act is a consumer protection law that provides transparency around college
and university crime policy and statistics.
Non-Discrimination
NWACC prohibits discrimination based on sex and/or disability, as well as retaliation after filing a complaint of alleged discrimination.
Protection of Minors
NWACC is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for minors who are
participating in college programs.

NWACC employees are required to recognize and disclose potential conflicts of interest and commitment, as well as disclosures related to procurement.

NWACC partners with Vector Solutions to ensure employees and students are in compliance with college policy, federal and state laws and regulations.
