Face Coverings
UPDATE: NWACC employees, students and visitors are not required to wear a face covering indoors
in NWACC locations but are still encouraged to wear them. Leadership will continue
to reassess face covering requirements on a monthly basis.
About Face Coverings
Not all masks are created equal. Thin, single layered cloth masks are not enough protection
for you or those around you. NWACC provides surgical 3-5 ply masks at all campus locations,
and can be found at one of the main entrances to any building, and in most classrooms.
You are encouraged to take a clean, surgical mask upon entering the buildings. If
you have the resources to obtain KN95 masks, those masks are recommended by the CDC
and will offer an even greater level of protection.

Face Covering Donations
There is also a cloth face covering/mask drop box located outside the DPS
station in Burns Hall where college members can donate cloth face coverings and pick
out a face covering if needed. If you'd like to donate new cloth face coverings, please call DPS (479-619-4229) to
arrange a drop off.
