Resources
First Generation
NWACC offers a variety of resources to first generations students or those who are the first to attend college and assistance in reaching academic success.
LGBTQ+
NWACC offers a variety of resources and assistance to LGBTQ+ students as attending
college can be a time filled with excitement, fear and uncertainty.
Hispanic Outreach
NWACC's Office of Hispanic Outreach offers support, language assistance and other helpful resources to latino students, regardless of legal status.
LIFE Program
NWACC's LIFE (Learning, Improvement, Fun and Empowerment) program connects and assists area high school students who may or may not be considering college.
International Students
Learn how to join NWACC as an international student and pursue various degrees in
numerous areas of study, all at affordable rates.
Disability Resources
NWACC's Disability Resource Center ensures students with disabilities equal access
to educational programs, opportunities and activities.
Veterans Services
NWACC's Veteran Resources Center guides and empowers eligible veterans, dependents
and reservists so one can successfully pursue a higher education.
Title IX
Title IX is a federal law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex in education, addresses sexual violence and assault, and requires schools to proactively address, remedy and eliminate sexual violence on their campuses.
